Privacy Policy

Biggietronics ("we"), formerly Biggie Boy Studios, makes Orbit Forge. This policy explains what the game collects and why. Our studio-wide policy is at biggietronics.com/privacy.

What we collect

Only if you allow it when the game first asks: anonymous gameplay events (for example, finishing the tutorial, reaching a level or buying Crystals), the length of each play session, and crash reports. They are sent to Unity Technologies so we can fix bugs and balance the game, and are tied to a random id the game creates, not to your name.

When you buy something, Google Play handles the payment; with analytics on, the purchase (product, price and currency) is also reported to Unity Analytics.

If you turn on cloud save, your game progress is stored with Unity Cloud Save, linked to a Unity player id or your Google Play Games account.

Ads

Orbit Forge shows ads from Google AdMob: short ads you choose to watch for a reward, and a few full-screen ads between moments of play, never to anyone who has bought something. Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects the advertising ID, your approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with the ads, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

Where the law requires it (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) Google's consent form asks you first, and Settings > PRIVACY > AD PRIVACY lets you change your answer. You can also reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. See Google's policy at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts or photos. The pilot name you type stays in your save file.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Unity and Google process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies; the ad data above goes to Google AdMob through its own SDK.

Your choices

• You can say no when the game asks, and change your answer at any time in Settings > PRIVACY > SHARE ANALYTICS. Turning sharing off stops collection at once.
• DELETE MY ANALYTICS DATA, in the same place, asks Unity to delete the analytics data collected from your device.
• Cloud save is off until you turn it on, and Settings > CLOUD SAVE > DELETE CLOUD SAVE removes your cloud copy.
• You can also ask us to delete your data at support@biggietronics.com.

Children

Orbit Forge is meant for players 13 and older.
